Cordisco Participates in American Bar Association Federal Wetlands Forum

2008

Dominic Cordisco, a partner with Drake, Loeb, Heller, Kennedy, Gogerty, Gaba & Rodd PLLC, participated in the American Bar Association’s May forum on federal wetland regulation. This year’s forum covered the latest issues in federal wetland regulation, including jurisdictional determination and permitting before the Army Corps of Engineers and the impact of recent U.S. Supreme Court decisions on this process. The forum brought together attorneys experienced in wetlands issues like Mr. Cordisco to focus on guiding clients with sites constrained by federally regulated wetlands through the Army Corps review process, obtaining project approvals and avoiding delays. The Army Corps' nationwide permit program changes every five years, and the most recent changes were issued in March 2007. If you would like to contact Mr. Cordisco regarding land use, environmental or municipal issues, please e-mail him at dcordisco@drakeloeb.com.
