On January 4, 2007, the Town Board of Wawayanda appointed Timothy P. McElduff, Jr., Esq., an associate with the New Windsor law firm of Drake, Loeb, Heller, Kennedy, Gogerty, Gaba & Rodd PLLC, as Town Justice. McElduff will serve as Town Justice for the remainder of the late Justice John O’Connor’s term, which will expire on December 31, 2007. McElduff has been an active resident of Wawayanda. He was formerly the Chairman of its Master Plan & Zoning Committee and a member of its Library Committee.
