TOWN OF PHILIPSTOWN APPOINTS
DRAKE, LOEB, HELLER, KENNEDY, GOGERTY, GABA & RODD PLLC
AS COUNSEL FOR THE TOWN PLANNING BOARD
AND ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS



Effective January of 2007, the Town of Philipstown has appointed Stephen J. Gaba and Adam L. Rodd as counsel for its Planning Board and its Zoning Board of Appeals respectively.  Both Stephen Gaba and Adam Rodd are partners with the New Windsor law firm of Drake, Loeb, Heller, Kennedy, Gogerty, Gaba & Rodd PLLC.
