The New Windsor law firm of Drake, Loeb, Heller, Kennedy, Gogerty, Gaba & Rodd PLLC recently expanded its practice with the addition of bankruptcy attorney Lawrence M. Klein. For more than thirty years, Mr. Klein has focused on assisting individuals and businesses in the area with bankruptcy and reorganization issues.
He is a former U.S. Bankruptcy Court Trustee, former chairman of the New York State Bar Association’s Bankruptcy Law Committee, and has appeared on the CNBC show “Smart Money.”
He was also recently quoted in a March 26, 2008 New York Times article “Can an Owner Keep a House in Bankruptcy?"
