Gary J. Gogerty to Present “Social Security Benefits:
Considerations in Estate Planning”
Gary J. Gogerty, a partner at the law firm Drake, Loeb, Heller, Kennedy, Gogerty, Gaba & Rodd PLLC, presented before the Hudson Valley Estate Planning Council the topic “Social Security Benefits: Considerations in Estate Planning.” Mr. Gogerty’s practice is mainly concentrated in the areas of social security disability law, real estate and estate planning.
