New Windsor – The New Windsor law firm of Drake, Loeb, Heller, Kennedy, Gogerty, Gaba & Rodd PLLC announced today that Dominic Cordisco has been made a partner. Mr. Cordisco represents municipalities and developers in the areas of environmental, land use, municipal, planning, and zoning law. He is a member of the Environmental Law Section of the New York State Bar Association and was a featured lecturer on the topic of Army Corps wetlands at its recent 2007 Fall Meeting. He also serves as Co-Chair on its Committee on Mining, Oil & Gas Regulation. Mr. Cordisco has also lectured on other environmental topics, including SEQRA, oil spill contamination, and underground storage tanks. He holds a J.D. from Fordham University Law School and a B.A. from SUNY at Plattsburgh. Born and raised in Port Jervis, Mr. Cordisco now resides there with his wife, Amy.
