Land use, environmental and municipal attorney Dominic Cordisco, a partner with Drake, Loeb, Heller, Kennedy. Gogerty, Gaba & Rodd, presented an overview on the State Environmental Quality Review Act, known as SEQRA, for the Orange County Municipal Planning Federation. This two hour presentation was open to municipal officials and members of the public.

Mr. Cordisco also participated as the moderator and as a lecturer in the Lorman Education Services seminar on “SEQRA” held in Poughkeepsie on July 25. This seminar covered a range of topics regarding the SEQRA review process, including a section on the wetlands law presented by Mr. Cordisco. The content was designed for attorneys, engineers, city and county planners, project managers environmental professionals, water resource specialists and surveyors.
